What is Relational Meditation?

Relational Meditation gets you out of your head and into your heart.

Relational Meditation Practice is a practice of getting someone's world through the commitment of being present, together, and in a deep interest of what's authentically true.

Through refining our awareness and attunement to what is most alive, relational meditation can uncover personal blind spots about how we relate to ourselves and to the world around us. It distills a deep sense of connection which creates a container for radical self-expression. In relational meditation, you get to be fully witnessed in all aspects of who you are without judgment and in celebration of your unique contributions to the world.

Relational Meditation can be facilitated one-on-one or as a group experience.

One-on-One Relational Meditation:

During a one on one Relational Meditation,  You will get to explore your world together, letting go of any need to change or manage your experience. In the session, I will support you with anything that comes up so you are free to be exactly where you are in each moment. Using presence as a guide, I will act as a witness to what's most alive and will guide you to layers of yourself that may have been inaccessible before.  Having a witness to your true authenticity can lead to breakthroughs, and a profound and new sense of yourself, and how you occur in relationship to others and the world.

Relational Meditation Group Experience:

During a Relational Meditation group experience, the attention of a facilitated group is directed toward one individual.  The group uses curiosity, presence, and impact as a way to co-explore their world and what it's like to be them.  This practice leaves many people with a deep sense of connection and a shared sense of reality.  This style of Relational Meditation tends to be relaxed and the focus is on presence and connection.
